A graduate of York University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History, Mark obtained his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School. Mark Epstein articled at a boutique commercial litigation firm in Toronto and following his call to the Bar went on to practice personal injury law. In 2004 he moved to York Region and expanded his practice areas to include family law — in fact, he is trained in Collaborative Family Law, a process dedicated to resolving family disputes through negotiation and
